Bookings
All Qurbani bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Transaction fees
Transaction or payment gateway fees are not included in the package price and are borne by the customer.
Animal selection & weight
Animal weight is checked at the time of selection. While we do our best to honour your preferences, exact weights may vary slightly on the day of Qurbani.
Sacrifice & delivery
Qurbani is performed on the days of Eid-ul-Adha (10th, 11th or 12th Dhul-Hijjah) per Shariah. Meat distribution is carried out as per your selected option. Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic, weather and Eid-day load.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made before 1st Dhul-Hijjah are eligible for a refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded as the animal has been allocated.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
